Capitol Connection gives members the convenience of telephone access to their credit union accounts whenever they want. Members can use the telephone to obtain balances, transfer funds between accounts, reorder checks and more...at any time of day, seven days a week...whenever it's easiest.
There are no fees for enrolling in Capitol Connection.
Signing up for Capitol Connection is also a required first step in enrolling for CRFCU@Home for online banking.
Capitol Connection is one of our five products/services (all free) included in Capitol Plus Accounts, which entitle members to lower consumer loan rates and higher Money Market and Term Share dividend rates.

Security Guidelines: Some "Dos and Don'ts" to Set up Your PIN: For enhanced security, when you are asked to establish your PIN, do NOT use your account number, birthday, Social Security number, telephone number or street address. We suggest that you decide on your four-digit PIN before placing your call, and please choose a PIN that's easy for you to remember.
If you previously set up a PIN that does not comply with the security guidelines above, please immediately change your PIN to comply. Please call 860-513-4031 and use option code 93 to replace your current PIN with a more secure PIN.
