To authorize Direct Deposit or Payroll Deduction, you need to notify your employer (or the Social Security Administration or administrator of your annuity) of your Capitol Region Account No. and suffix indicating where the funds should be deposited; you will also need to specify that Capitol Region's Routing Number is 211179937.
