Go On Line for Home Banking and BillPay Convenience
Home Banking Enrollment Instructions
Our free home banking (also referred to as CRFCU@Home) is related to Capitol Connection, our free audio response (telephone) banking system. To get home banking, you need to first enroll in audio response: It's quick and easy.
1. First, Sign up for Free Capitol Connection Audio Response
Before enrolling for CRFCU@Home, you need to sign up for "Capitol Connection", our free audio response service that provides 24 x 7 access to Capitol Region accounts by telephone: this means you'll be able to stay connected to your Capitol Region accounts both by telephone and by personal computer.
A. For security, you first need to select a 4-digit PIN. You'll use the same PIN for your Capitol Connection service and your CRFCU@Home internet banking. For enhanced security, your PIN can not be your account number, birthday, Social Security number, telephone number, street address or any four consecutive numbers.
B. After deciding on your 4-digit PIN, enroll in Capitol Connection by calling 860-513-4031 and following the prompts. It takes less than five minutes.
2. Then Apply for Free CRFCU@Home Online Banking.
After enrolling in Capitol Connection, either click here to download a CRFCU@Home Enrollment Application, or obtain an application at any of our office locations. Complete the form and Fax to 860-513-4030; or deliver to a Capitol Region office; or mail to Capitol Region FCU, Attn: Operations, 1233 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield, CT, 06109.
Important: Carefully Select PIN Numbers for Maximum Security...
If you previously set up your Capitol Connection audio response service with a PIN containing numbers associated with your account number, Social Security number, birth date, telephone number or street address, we suggest that you immediately change your PIN by calling (860) 513-4031 and using Option Code 93. This measure can help ensure that your account's security is properly maintained.
