Here's How to Enroll in Home Banking:
First, Sign up for Capitol Connection
Audio Response...it's Free, too!
Before registering for CRFCU@Home, you need to sign up for "Capitol Connection", our free audio response service that provides 24/7 access to Capitol Region accounts by telephone: this means you'll be able to stay connected to your Capitol Region accounts both by telephone and by personal computer.
For security, you first need to select a 4-digit PIN. You'll use the same PIN for your Capitol Connection service and your CRFCU@Home internet banking. For enhanced security, your PIN may not be your account number, birthday, Social Security number, telephone number, street address or any four consecutive numbers.
After deciding on your PIN, enroll in Capitol Connection by calling 860-513-4031 and following the prompts. It takes less than five minutes.
Then you can apply for online banking. Just download a CRFCU@Home Enrollment Application form by clicking here; or obtain an application at any of our office locations. Complete the form and Fax to 860-513-4030; or deliver to a Capitol Region office; or mail to Capitol Region FCU, Attn: Operations, 1233 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield, CT, 06109.
PIN Numbers and Your Security...
If you previously set up your Capitol Connection audio response service with a PIN containing numbers associated with your account number, Social Security number, birthdate, telephone number or street address, we suggest that you immediately change your PIN by calling (860) 513-4031 and using Option Code 93. This measure can help ensure that your account's security is properly maintained.
