24 x 7 ATMs: now available at Bloomfield, West Hartford and Wethersfield offices. 
   
    West Hartford ATM is now available 24 x 7 in the foyer of Capitol Region's new office at the north end of the first floor of West Hartford Town Hall.  The interior doorway from Town Hall to the credit union provides ATM access during Capitol Region office hours (see below). Our new exterior doorway from the sidewalk provides 24 x 7 access to cardholders. (When facing the main entrance to Town Hall, our new double doorway is the last door on the the right side of the Town Hall building, opposite Blue Back Square's Heritage Condominiums and the red awnings.)
   
   ATM Networks: Capitol Region FCU participates in two ATM networks that include 25,000 surcharge-free  ATMs in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. Members with MasterMoney^TM  ATM-Debit Cards issued by Capitol Region FCU can quickly locate nearby network ATMs by clicking  here for CO-OP Network ATMs; and clicking  here for SUM Program ATMs.
