When Town Hall and Capitol Region office are both open, use either the interior doorway from the first floor of Town Hall to the credit union, or use Capitol Region's private exterior entrance (when facing the main entrance to Town Hall, CRFCU's exterior entrance is at the right (north) end of Town Hall.) When Capitol Region office is closed, or when Town Hall is closed, use exterior entrance.
