To experience the ease and convenience of home banking with 24x7 access to your account from the internet, members can sign up for CRFCU@Home. Our secure home banking is free and very easy to use. You can transfer funds, request checks, check account balances and more from your home or work or during travel...wherever there's a PC with internet access. To use home banking, members first need to sign up for free Capitol Connection Audio response (next paragraph). Stop by the credit union or click here for yourCRFCU@Home enrollment form.

First...Sign Up for Capitol Connection Audio Response
As another convenience, we also offer Capitol Connection audio response service for 24x7 telephone access to members' accounts. It is also free. Enrollment in Capitol Connection is required first in order to sign up for home banking with CRFCU@Home. Members first select a four-digit PIN and then enroll in Capitol Connection: It takes about five minutes...click here for instructions.

Online Bill Pay Saves Time And Expense. And it's Free!
Capitol Region's user-friendly Online Bill Pay is available to members at no cost, enabling embers to use their PCs to pay bills online. Our service-rich, highly secure Bill Pay system is easy to use, even for the novice. Online Bill Pay also makes it simpler and easier to manage and keep records of personal finances.
     Members With Home Banking can click CRFCU@Home , then log in, then click on the "Pay Your Bills" globe icon near the CRFCU logo at top left of the page for simple instructions on enrollment and use of Online Bill Pay.
     Members who Do Not yet have home banking need three free Capitol Region products (see above) in order to enroll in Online Bill Pay. They need to:
      1. Open a free checking (share draft) account at any office;
      2. Enroll in free Capitol Connection telephone banking;
      3. Enroll in free CRFCU@Home home banking.
Capitol Connection enrollment is easy: simply call 860-513-4031 and follow the prompts. To enroll in CRFCU@Home, click here to download the Home Banking Application from our website; either deliver the completed application to a CRFCU branch or fax it to 860-513-4030.
